Who is K. Shivram?
K. Shivram’s full name is Shivramu Kempaiah. He is facing an health related problem from few days and his treatment was going on in HCG Hospital. K. Shivram’s passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 71. K. Shivram is the first Kannad who passed the IAS Examination as using Kannad as his medium. He loved to read and because of that he continued his studies while doing his Job. As a result he cleared IAS and become the first person who had cleared IAS as using Kannad language.

Early-life
K. Shivramu was born on April 6, 1953, and died on February 29, 2024. His father was a talented drama master late S.Kempaiah and Mother Chikkaboramma. K. Shivramu has completed his primary schooling from his village. After that he moved to Banglore and prsue his high schooling from Malleshwaram Government School. After his Schooling he has completed his Typing and Shorthand course both in kannada and English and got into Government Job. In May 1973 he had Joined Crime Investigation Department as Police Reporter. He loved to read and because of that he continued his studies while doing his Job. As a result he cleared IAS and become the first person who had cleared IAS as using Kannad language. K. Shivram is a Hard working man and because of his hard work he acheived a lot of things in his life.

Political Career
After taking Retirement from Indian Administratrive Service, K. Shivram Joined Indian National Congress (INC) in 2013. He left INC in 2014 because of loosing LOK Sabha elections. And because of hjis talent and knowledge INC rejoined him and anounced him as advocating for the Deputy Cheif Minister post to a Dalit Leader. In October 14, 2014, Joined BJP after feeling unrepresented in the INC as a Dalit leader.
